We kick off with an introductory call, aiming to delve deeper into your home and the motivations driving your remodeling aspirations.
During this conversation, we also delve into your timeline, budget, and any other pertinent details. Finally, we'll take a few moments to guide you through what to anticipate during our design-build process.
Step 2: In-Home Consultation & Scope/Budget Review
During this meeting, our aim is to visit your residence and thoroughly go over the logistical aspects of your project. We'll cover everything from feasible options to the initial scope of work. We'll also take photographs and gather basic measurements of your home.
Following this, we'll arrange for a virtual review of our design agreement, which usually takes about an hour. By the conclusion of this meeting, you'll have a clear understanding of the projected scope and budget for your project, even before any plans are drawn up. If everything aligns, we're ready to proceed with the work!
Step 3: Design Phase
Welcome to the stage where your project springs to life! Utilizing our proficient design team and cutting-edge software, we generate 3D visuals and renderings, offering you a preview of your new space even before commencement of any physical work.
Each project presents unique design requisites, with the most prevalent ones being engineering, architectural, and interior designs. Your designated designer will collaborate with you to curate finishes and provide recommendations. Whatever the design needs of your project may be, rest assured, we've got you covered!
Step 4: Production To Construction
When all designs and specifications are finalized, our team initiates the process of obtaining permits, placing orders, and coordinating the project's schedule. Once these tasks are completed, the real excitement begins!
Through our collaborative project management approach and skilled team of carpenters and tradespeople, we meticulously execute the plans to ensure our clients' satisfaction.
Step 5: Project Wrap Up
As your project nears completion, we'll schedule a final walk-through meeting. During this session, both the project designer and field production manager will carefully inspect the project to compile a final checklist of any outstanding items that need completion. Additionally, you'll receive a warranty folder containing all pertinent warranty information and maintenance/care instructions.
When every detail has been meticulously reviewed, our client care manager will begin coordinating with our professional photography team. We highly value the chance to showcase our projects on our website and social media platforms.
